What are the costs involved?

We are a very transparent business in every way that we work. Our fee structures are also transparent and flexible.

It's very difficult to give an exact cost, as each client is different with varied levels of activity. There are some key areas to consider though before engaging with us.

We promote ourselves as an entire marketing department for the cost of one employee. This may be on a junior level or even a senior appointment. Our fees include a marketing manager (one of our marketing team), or for businesses with a marketing manager we become a very active support team. It also includes all of the activity that we plan on the chart below. Essentially, if you employed a person they would have to outsource all of this anyway - with Grapevine you can halve your costs at the very least.
Our clients pay us anything from £800 per month to £4,500. As a guide, the popular marketing department activities fall between £1,000 and £2,000 a month. For the same amount of work with market prices and hiring a manager or consultant to facilitate it, the cost would be 3-4 times higher.
We can't turn you into a £billion business on £200 a month marketing fee. You have to be realistic with budget, and although we do operate with some businesses on an ad hoc basis, you get the best from us when you hire us as your entire marketing department.
We work on a 3-month rolling contract.
