Part-time telemarketing and telesales job Derby

We are a Derby based marketing agency look to enhance our business with a Telemarketing Executive. We require a someone to work closely with the Directors to assist in deploying and following up marketing campaigns with telemarketing to generate leads. Its a small telemarketing team but we have the best auto dialler on the market to make the role much easier.

 

The hours and days are negotiable but ideally we would be looking for a 9am start to 4.30pm finish and a 2-3 day week. This is negotiable though, so we can cater for childcare arrangements if need be.  

 

 

Telemarketing job description

	Assist the company in new business lead generation for Grapevine and our clients.
	Facilitating and the administration of campaign management

 

 

Aptitudes

	Be articulate, consistent and confident
	Excellent written and spoken communication
	Be positive, motivated and enthusiastic towards cold calling
	Have the ability to adapt to a wide variety of situations that this role demands

 

 

Candidate Experience

No experience needed, although you MUST communicate well on the phone and be confident talking to business people. 

 

Salary

Two salary levels to choose from:

1) Lower salary higher commission (£7.17 per hour - plus up to £30 per lead)

2) Higher salary and 50% commission (£8.20 per hour - plus up to £15 per lead)

 

 

OTE £25k equivalent on a 5 day week comparison.
