How we work

After initial discussions over the phone, face-to-face or both, and it's agreed that both parties want to explore further marketing activities, then we come to your offices for an 'Exploratory Day'.

In most cases this day lasts 2-3 hours, but can take up to a day depending on the amount of revenue streams that you have. This day has no cost attached to it.

The day covers an investigation into your business, the marketplace you work within and your competitive and challenging forces. We walk away from this meeting having gained an in-depth knowledge of your business so that we can write you an effective marketing plan.

Within 7-10 working days we will produce a full marketing plan in a Gantt chart format with a written marketing plan to support it. There is still no cost attached. For a diagram of our company and its marketing activities, visit our home page.

This gives you the opportunity to gauge if we understand your business and see your own unique marketing plan. Most of the internal marketing teams that we work with still want to see this plan and enjoy our approach in supporting them.

If you don't like the plan you can walk away with no cost; if you do like it we can progress together and sign a simple 3-month rolling contract and start delivering results for you.

Can I take your plan and use it without you?

Yes, we always have that risk, but it's a small one as it would cost you 3-4 times more money to implement it yourself anyway.
